Cemented casing strings using a lightweight lead slurry

Cemented 36", 20", 13 5/8" and 9 5/8" casing strings using a lightweight lead slurry and low fluid loss tail slurry with a fast transition time. Able to maintain cement to mudline with no losses and no shallow flows. Successfully abandoned the well by using eight (8) 17.0 ppg densified cement plugs after drilling and evaluating of the open hole. Average length of each plug was 1300 ft., used the under-displacement technique and designed with +/- 8 hrs. '0' gel time to facilitate pulling out of the plug. All cementing job objectives achieved with no issues. All cement plugs were successfully tagged and inflow tested to confirm isolation. Used a CST as a base for setting surface plug.
